Can a volunteer team set this up without us?
Belt stanchions, easily — there is nothing to assemble and the belt clips post to post by hand. Barrier sections interlock the same way. If you would rather not handle it at all, having our crew set out and strike is an option on any order; ask on the enquiry and it goes on the quote as its own line.
What if we need to move the layout during the day?
That is exactly what belt posts are for — a lane can be redrawn as often as the crowd demands it, with no tools and no call to us. The one thing that cannot change on the day is the count, so if you are unsure, describe the site when you enquire and we will build a little slack into the quote.
Do sandbags come with an outdoor order?
They are available with it. Each is 25 lb with a nylon strap that buckles round a barrier foot and a handle so one person can carry several. They earn their place on hard surfaces and exposed riverside ground; on grass a run usually holds itself. Tell us the site and we will include a sensible count.
